Why is it you get a penny for your thoughts, but have to put in your two cents worth?
I know, I know! Because for most of us, only half of the stuff coming out of our mouths is worth anything. So you gotta put in two cents worth to get a penny’s worth, see?
I’ve always known I’m usually half right…. my problem is not being sure which half is which. *sigh*
