The thing is... the person you get when you press '1' is just a pee-on lowly paid caller who doesn't really care if they get fined the 15K. That's why I kept trying to get a supervisor. And on your last point... totally on target you are. The ship's horn one is like that... you cannot get yourself off that list no matter what you do because the only way you get from recording to person to speak to... is if you type in your credit card number. (It's been a while since that last one but I think it was a credit card number required... which is when I just hung up and gave up.) ARGH. I'm sewing dolls up. LOL… of course they’re that stupid!
