A fraccy history lesson…

Fracas has her own blog, so when she created Fraccers, she created it with you in mind. It took her awhile to figure out just what and how, but the day the fracas blog took off the pink, lipstick laden clothing and realized in fact, fracas is really more of a goose with an attitude, it all became clear.

Fracas is like a Canadian goose with  an attitude problem. She doesn’t always follow the rules, writes about herself in the third person and makes up her own words and language when she feels like it. She can be nice when she wants to be, but can also peck your brains out. She can be serious as all get out, taking on important issues and making sure everyone knows how much pain a goose can inflict if they’re riled up… but spends more of her time just waddling around, leaving her droppings all over the internet, and occasionally laying a golden egg or two. Most of you who’ve been visiting that blog for the past three years have figured this out by now.

Many of you have let her know you enjoy it, so Fraccers then, is going to be about you!

So just what exactly is a fraccer?

If you enjoy fracas, and visit the blog… you’re a fraccer. If you too, know how to inflict pain like a goose when you think it’s necessary, then you’re a fraccer. And if you’re one of those people that make fracas (or the other fraccers) angry, then you also, are a fraccer… you’re just a different kind of fraccer (and it ain’t always a good thing to be that kind of fraccer).

Being the good kind of fraccer means that you’re eligible to become part of the gaggle.

And what then, is the gaggle?

The gaggle is a grouping of all the fraccers who enjoy fracas, but because you’re a bit like a goose with an attitude too, you aren’t just a follower… you’d like to honk a bit in your own favour too! Joining the gaggle means you’ll be able to submit guest posts for publishing at fraccers, you’ll have your own listing and write-up about yourself where you can promote your site, product or service (and if you accept donations, you’ll be able to do so directly from your listing here), you’ll receive a fraccers front page link and credit, and you’ll be able to receive freebies as the old goose scavenges them for you. In return, you’ll have a link to the gaggle from your own site, letting people know you’re part of a flock that flies like no other.
